Especially in the new Ford Nugget models from 2024 onwards, condensation builds up quickly in the cooler box particularly in the two separate compartments. This leads to frozen food, soggy packaging, and in the worst cases, mold and unpleasant odors.
Our 040parts Insert Floor Set was specifically developed for the Nugget from 2024 and consists of one large plate for the left side and one smaller one for the right side. Both create a gap of about 1 cm from the floor, allowing air to circulate better. Condensation stays at the bottom while food and packaging are stored clean and dry without daily wiping.
The 2 mm thick aluminum is bent on all four sides, making the plates extremely stable even with a fully loaded cooler box. The white powder coating provides permanent protection against corrosion and matches the look of most cooler compartments perfectly.
With this set, you have both sides of the cooler box covered and benefit from dry, fresh supplies everywhere. Developed by campers for campers who value simple, durable solutions.
