Let bygones be bygones, these things can happen.
Once we receive the return, we will check the defects and promptly offer you a solution.
Please note, however, that every return burdens the environment and also costs us money.

Simply fill out the enclosed return form completely and send the goods back to us!
After we have received and inspected the return, we will initiate the next steps, such as a refund according to your instructions, within about 72 hours.
You can send your goods back using a carrier of your choice. Please be sure to include the return form or the invoice, otherwise we cannot assign the return. If there is a problem with the product or the delivery, please contact us to possibly receive a return label.

I have used the product and I do not like it, is the return free of charge?
If the product shows signs of use that are due to unnecessary handling, we can no longer resell it. Accordingly, we cannot refund you the return shipping costs or the full product price. I hope you understand this.

Can I return the product at my own expense?
Of course, you can also send your order back to us directly. Please do not forget to include an invoice, order confirmation, or the cancellation form so that we can assign your order.

How long does the refund take?
We understand that waiting can sometimes be difficult, but we promise you that we will do everything to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. However, it can take up to 10-14 days for a return to be recorded, checked, and processed.
Usually, it goes faster though ;)
