Domestic Deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate shipping costs based on order value (gross merchandise value):

For products without special marking:
- 0-29.99 euros Economy (DPD, GLS, Parcel Mail...) for 5.95 euros
- 0-29.99 euros DHL Parcel Station for 6.95 euros
- from 30 euros Free Shipping for Economy (DPD, GLS, Parcel Mail...)
- from 30 euros Premium (DHL) (1-2 days) or DHL Parcel Station (1-2 days) for 1.95 euros

For products marked as Oversized:
- Oversized (DHL / DPD): 19.95 euros

For products marked as Bulky Goods:
- Bulky Goods (DHL / DPD): 25.95 euros

International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on shipment weight:

For products without special marking:
- Austria 0-3000g: 8.99 €, Austria 3001-8000g: 12.99 €, Austria over 8001g: 17.99 €

Gift Certificates
- we send exclusively via email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to gift certificates.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, we deliver goods domestically (Germany) within 1-3 business days, for international deliveries within 2-15 business days after conclusion of contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
