In the new Ford Nugget from 2024 model year, condensation quickly builds up in the cooler compartment especially in the smaller right compartment. The result: frozen food, soggy packaging, and in the worst case mold or unpleasant odors.
The 040parts insert floor small was specially developed for this right compartment. It creates distance from the bottom so air can circulate freely. The condensation stays under the plate while food and packaging are stored dry and hygienic. This eliminates the tedious daily wiping.
Made from 2 mm thick aluminum and bent on all four sides, the plate is extremely stable and durable. The white powder coating protects against corrosion and blends inconspicuously into the cooler compartment.
A simple but effective solution for anyone who wants to keep their supplies fresh, dry, and clean in the Nugget.
