With the 040Parts elastic tension strap for the VW T7 / T6 / T6.1 / T5 / T4 / Multivan / California / Beach, the tent bellows of the pop-top roof folds together smoothly. That means no more holes in the tent fabric – guaranteed. Also compatible with Ford Nugget and Mercedes Marko Polo.
The elastic band is wrapped around the tent bellows and can be tensioned to the desired size. Incorrect use is virtually impossible with this tension strap.
It is suitable for all pop-top roofs from VW, Westfalia, Reimo, SCA and other manufacturers. Vehicles must have a standard wheelbase.

Wetterfest und stramm, läuft.
Funktioniert einwandfrei am Ford Nugget, das Gummi ist stramm und der Spanner robust. Die Lieferung kam einen Tag später als angekündigt, war aber kein Drama. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
Für jeden mit Aufstelldach zu empfehlen. Es verhindert effektiv das einkleiden des Stoffbalgs und damit die Abnützung des Stoffs. Gutes Produkt.
Schnellspanner geht ratzfatz, kein Gefummel mehr.
Ich war unsicher, ob das auch an meinen älteren T5 passt, und hab kurz per Mail nachgefragt. Antwort kam super schnell und freundlich. Passt, und beim Zusammenklappen vom Dach hängt jetzt nichts mehr durch.
Beim Schließen vom Aufstelldach am T6.1 hat der Zeltbalg immer rumgehangen. Mit dem Spanngummi und dem Schnellspanner sitzt der Stoff jetzt ordentlich und nichts klemmt mehr beim Runterklappen.
Hält bombenfest, kein Nachspannen nötig.
Manchmal sind es die kleinen Dinge. Spanngummi dran, Schnellspanner zu, Dach klappt sauber. Beim T7 kein Vergleich zu vorher.
Wir fahren einen T5 mit Aufstelldach und hatten ständig das Problem, dass der Zeltbalg beim Zumachen eingeklemmt wurde. Das Gummi hält den Stoff schön zusammen, einmal eingehakt und gut. Macht das Packen vorm Losfahren echt schneller.
Die Lieferung erfolgt in einer einfachen Papiertüte. Im Lieferumfang befinden sich ein langer Spanngummi und ein Verschlussstück. Beim Auspacken sind uns keine unangenehmen Gerüche aufgefallen.
Das Gummi hält klasse und der Schnellspanner ist solide. Die Anleitung könnte ein, zwei bessere Fotos vom Einhaken vertragen, aber der Text war verständlich und nach dem ersten Mal hat man den Dreh raus. Am T6 läuft jetzt alles smooth.
Wenn man morgens nach dem Surfen schnell weiter will, zählt jede Minute. Dach zu, Gummi gespannt, fertig. Hält den Zeltbalg vom T6.1 zuverlässig in Position.
Karton kam etwas gedrückt an, das Gummi und der Spanner waren aber komplett heil. Am Nugget montiert, hält top und das Dach schließt sauber. Funktion einwandfrei.
Richtig gut verarbeitet, sitzt stramm.
Seit das Gummi dran ist, klemmt beim Zuklappen vom Aufstelldach nichts mehr und der Stoff bleibt wo er soll. Beim T7 in zwei Minuten montiert, hält seit Wochen ohne nachzulassen.
Passt am Marco Polo perfekt, hält bombenfest.
Hatte so ein Gummi vorher mit Kabelbinder improvisiert. Die saubere Lösung mit Schnellspanner ist deutlich angenehmer und sieht am T5 auch nicht nach Bastelei aus.
Bin zufrieden damit,es schont das Dach vor dem einklemmen
