Almost every camper cooler box has a condensation problem – including the one in the VW T7 California. Condensation water collects at the bottom, food freezes to it or packaging gets soaked. The result: mould, bacteria and unpleasant odour.
Our 040parts insert panel provides a remedy here. It creates about 1 cm of space between the bottom and the food, allowing air to circulate freely. The condensation water stays below, while everything above remains dry – without daily wiping. Fruit and vegetables stay fresh longer, packaging stays clean, and the formation of bacteria is effectively prevented.
The 2 mm thick aluminium sheet is bent on all four sides, making it extremely sturdy and shape-retaining – even when the cooler box is full to the brim. The white powder coating offers double protection against weather effects and blends unobtrusively into the interior of the box.
