Almost every camper cooler box has a condensation problem – including the one in the VW T7 California. Condensation collects at the bottom, food freezes on or packaging gets wet. The result: mold, bacteria and unpleasant odors.
Our 040parts insert plate solves this. It creates approx. 1 cm of space between the bottom and your food, allowing air to circulate freely. The condensation stays below while everything above stays dry – no daily wiping required. Fruit and vegetables stay fresh longer, packaging stays clean, and the formation of bacteria is effectively prevented.
The 2 mm thick aluminum sheet is bent on all four sides, making it extremely stable and form-retaining – even when the box is full to the brim. The white powder coating provides double protection against weather influences and blends discreetly into the box's interior.
