RELIABLE LOAD SECURING: The M10 T-bolt with cage nut is not only more stable and tensile-resistant than the M8 ring nuts, but above all, thanks to its longer thread, it can be inserted by hand directly into the slotted rail in any position. Push in, screw on, turn 

 

NO SCRATCHING: The 2 washers (made of metal and plastic) provide scratch protection for the soft aluminum rails. With their extra-enlarged diameter, they cannot fall through or bend.

 

HIGH LOAD CAPACITY: The load per fastening point is at least 100 kg. They can easily be inserted by hand in any position on the slotted rail. Simply push in, screw on, turn.

 

UNIVERSALLY USABLE: Suitable for tie-down straps, ropes, carabiners, shackles, hooks, or chains of any kind.

With the M10 T-bolt with cage nut, we have reworked our previous load securing system. It surpasses the M8 ring nuts not only in terms of stability, but above all thanks to a longer thread that can be inserted by hand directly in any position.


  • Generously shaped triangular eyelets / ring nuts prevent the tie-down strap from twisting.

  • As many eyelets as needed can be positioned in one rail. Individual insertion and removal in no time.

  • Made of polished stainless steel (V2A) guaranteed rust-free.

  • Transport tires, suitcases, boxes, or snowboards, strollers, skis, bicycles, motorcycles, building materials, etc.

  • The hammer-head bolts and eyelets can also be used to attach other components for the camper conversion, such as kitchen or cabinet elements.

  • Compatibility: VW T5.1/5.2/6.1 - As well as for certain other brands/models (Mercedes, Opel, etc.), however not compatible with airline rails.


Application:

Insert the T-bolt together with the washers (first plastic so the profile is not damaged, then metal) into the slotted rail. Then the bracket is screwed on and tightened. Be sure to pay attention to the correct alignment of the T-bolt. Afterward, the tie-down straps can be pulled through the bracket and the load secured smoothly.
