When the sun sits low or gusty wind picks up, a regular awning quickly reaches its limits. This is exactly where this sun sail comes in.
It reliably protects against direct sunlight while remaining pleasantly breathable and, thanks to its mesh structure, provides a lovely breeze – even in the heat. At the same time, the guying prevents your awning from lifting in the wind.
With approx. 235 cm width and 190 cm height the sun sail fits perfectly on many common vans, campers and vehicles with pop-top roof – especially popular with VW California T5, T6, T6.1, T7, but also suitable for Mercedes Marco Polo, Ford Nugget, Opel Crosscamp, Opel Vivaro Camper and many others. (Please check and measure the awning width!)
The Double keder (6/8 mm) gives you maximum flexibility and compatibility with many awnings/keder rails with a diameter of 6–10 mm, e.g. from Thule and Dometic. Durch die sichere Abspannung mit 4 pegs the sun sail replaces the classic awning tie-down and reliably stabilizes your setup even during the day.
Thanks to the eyelets top, bottom and center you can use the sail flexibly: angled downward as sun and privacy protection, horizontally as a tarp (with additional cords), or creatively between trees at the beach. When the sun is gone, simply roll it up and secure it with the rubber tensioners directly on the awning. In the transport bag everything stays neatly stowed.
