Cargo securing for your next adventure with Molle Boards

Lateral overhang: Stay StVO-compliant
The Street Traffic Regulations (StVO) allow cargo to extend up to 40 cm beyond the vehicle lights. Perfect for the Volkswagen T6.1 California with a width of 1904 mm without mirrors. A Molle Board can be mounted on both sides, leaving plenty of room for thick levelling wedges – all under the 2.55 m total width limit. For uncertain visibility conditions, we recommend our cool-looking rubber mounts or ratchet straps to secure your cargo firmly.
Rear overhang: More space on your bike rack
Cargo may extend 1.5 m to the rear; for shorter trips under 100 km, even 3 m. With a Molle Board on your bike rack, you can transport quite a bit – like spare tires, fuel canisters, skis and snowboards. For overhangs of 1 metre or more, a red flag or light is mandatory so your equipment is clearly visible to everyone.
Installation note and special accessories
