The FBM_133_3_traeger_T5_Cali_slim_1x is an ultra-flat roof rack, specially designed for campers and vehicles with C-rail roof systems. The panel, measuring approximately 1250 x 130 mm, is mounted using four M8 T-bolts, washers, and lock nuts. The maximum distributed load capacity is 40 kg, with the load needing to be evenly distributed. During installation, the rack panel is carefully positioned after thoroughly cleaning the roof, and the T-bolts are inserted into the vehicle roof's C-rails using a 13 mm socket. The nuts are then tightened in a crisscross pattern to a maximum torque of 23 Nm. The system takes the natural curvature of the roof into account, thereby creating the necessary preload. It's important to observe the overall roof load capacity and to securely lash the cargo using tie-down straps. The rack weighs approximately 1.9 kg and is generally walkable, although this is at your own risk. Two-person assembly is recommended for safe mounting.
