FBM_133_3_traeger_T5_Cali_slim – Operating Instructions

The FBM_133_3_traeger_T5_Cali_slim is an ultra-flat roof rack specifically designed for campervans and vehicles with a C-channel roof system. The system consists of an approx. 1250 x 130 mm carrier panel made of robust material with pre-fitted rubber strips. Installation is carried out using four M8 T-bolts, washers and lock nuts, tightened with a 13 mm wrench to a maximum torque of 23 Nm. The carrier panel is attached by sliding the T-bolts into the vehicle's existing C-channels, and its flat design generates the necessary preload for optimal load stability. The maximum distributed load capacity is 40 kg with even load distribution. The total weight of the carrier is nine kilograms. Paint protection is essential during installation – direct metal contact with the paint must be avoided. Stepping on the carrier is generally possible, but is done at your own risk. The vehicle's roof load capacity and any pop-top roof lifting forces must be taken into account.
