FBM_133_1_Cali_roof_rack – User Manual

The FBM_133_1_Cali_roof_rack is an ultra-flat roof rack specifically designed for campers and adventure seekers. The system consists of a robust carrier panel measuring approximately 1250 x 600 mm and weighs about 9 kg. The maximum distributed load capacity is 100 kg, with the load being evenly distributed. Installation is carried out using six M8 T-bolts, black washers and lock nuts, which are inserted into the C-channels of the roof frame. All that's needed is a 13 mm wrench. The innovative design takes the natural curvature of the roof into account and creates optimal stability through controlled pre-tensioning. An important note must be observed during installation: metal parts must not come into direct contact with the vehicle paint. Fastening is done with a maximum torque of 23 Nm. Finally, it must be checked that the rack is firmly mounted and cannot be shifted.
