FBM_117_12_Molle_tool_Reimo β Operating Instructions
The FBM_117_12_Molle_tool_Reimo is an innovative Molle board compatible with various vehicle models thanks to special adapters. The system is mounted using rubber-coated magnets and t-slot bolt connections. First, the t-slot nuts are secured with M5 socket head cap screws, washers, and plastic spacers in 15mm and 3mm heights. This is followed by magnet installation using 25mm-tall spacers and a maximum tightening torque of 6 Nm. Installation is carried out by inserting the t-slot nuts into the vehicle's keder rail. The board supports a maximum surface load of 20kg. It is important to thoroughly clean the rubber-coated magnets before use. The scope of delivery includes the board itself, two transparent paint-protection stickers, various plastic spacers, and the required mounting accessories. A size 4 hex key is needed for assembly. Safety is paramount: items must be secured, magnets can affect pacemakers, and protruding parts must not obstruct the line of sight.
