The 040 Parts Practical Paper Towel Holder is an innovative kitchen roll holder, specially designed for VW T5, T6, T6.1, T7 and California models.

The product is made from 1.5 mm thick, powder-coated sheet steel and is delivered flat. Assembly is done by carefully bending along the designated perforations: Flange A is bent 90-95° or 45° upward depending on vehicle type, Flange B 90-95° downward into a Z-shape, while hooks C and D are bent 30-45° downward and upward respectively.

For T5-T6.1 models, the flanges are hooked behind the trim, allowing for later repositioning and can be slightly bent over to minimize rattling. T7 and new California models require adhesive strips for installation.

The sheet steel should not be bent repeatedly back and forth to avoid damage. For cleaning, simply use a damp cloth with mild detergent.

Proper disposal should be carried out according to local metal waste regulations.
