The 040 parts classic rear drawer is a high-quality rear drawer for campers and motorhomes that safely handles a maximum load capacity of 200 kg. Assembly requires only a 13mm or 17mm wrench and the included screw set with T-bolts, plastic and metal washers.

After completely emptying the cargo area, the pre-assembled rear drawer is positioned and the T-bolts are secured in the rear rails. The load must be evenly distributed across the entire drawer surface to prevent deformation.

The front adjustment brackets allow individual alignment to the loading edge. Secure bolting is essential to prevent slipping during braking or loading.

The drawer locks in both fully extended and fully retracted positions and should be operated slowly to minimize pinch hazards. After assembly, free movement must be checked.
