The 040 parts single-hand tailgate pull-out is a high-quality tailgate pull-out for campers and motorhomes that safely handles a maximum surface load of 200 kg. Installation only requires a 13mm or 17mm spanner as well as the supplied screw kit with T-screws, plastic and metal washers.

After completely emptying the trunk, position the pre-assembled tailgate pull-out and fix the T-screws in the rear rails. The load must be evenly distributed across the entire tray surface to prevent deformation.

The front adjustment angles allow individual adjustment to the loading edge. Secure fastening is important to exclude any slipping when braking or loading.

The drawer locks in fully retracted and extended position and should be operated slowly to minimize crush hazards. After installation, free movement must be checked.
