The 040 parts single-hand rear extension is a high-quality rear extension for campers and motorhomes that safely handles a maximum area load of 200 kg. Assembly requires only a 13mm or 17mm wrench and the included screw set with T-bolts, plastic and metal washers.

After completely emptying the cargo area, the pre-assembled rear extension is positioned and the T-bolts are secured in the rear rails. The load must be distributed evenly across the entire tub surface to avoid deformation.

The front adjustment brackets allow individual tuning to the loading edge. Secure fastening is important to prevent slipping during braking or loading.

The drawer locks in both fully extended and retracted positions and should be operated slowly to minimize pinch hazards. After installation, free movement must be checked.
