The Cali Roof Rack CSW is an ultra-flat roof rack for camper vans, offering a maximum load capacity of 100 kg with evenly distributed weight. The system consists of a roof rack panel measuring 1250 x 600 mm as well as mounting hardware such as M8 T-bolts, washers, and lock nuts. Installation is carried out by inserting the bolts into the C-channels of the vehicle roof using a 13 mm wrench with a maximum torque of 23 Nm. The ultra-flat design creates a secure fit through a deliberately engineered pre-load tension without causing damage to the roof. It is important to perform a complete delivery check, thoroughly clean the mounting area, and protect the paintwork by avoiding direct metal contact. The total roof load, taking into account the 9 kg rack weight, must comply with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. For secure cargo fastening, ensure vertical pull angles on the tie-down straps and observe the applicable road traffic regulations (STVO).
